I first saw Dr. Amen on PBS and he was so informative I bought the book immediately. Easy to read. Great simple advice, just a few steps and I am already (3 weeks) seeing noticable improvement. Sleeping better, memory improved. This book is a great investment in health and well being!

Jeeps Rule
The book is very informative. I thought I knew all there was to dieting and eating healthy but I was wrong. I lost 3 lbs in one week of making some minor changes that were recommended in the first few chapters. I feel better than ever.

I wanted to get that book ASAP since I`ve heard a lot of good critics about its author, a genius psychiatrist..
I ordered it Express delivery (within2-5 business days) and I got it only 10 days later ! I was really mad since I wanted to get it fast !
If the distributor does not guarantee fast delivery, so what is the point to pay for Express delivery???!!
